Shipping Timeframe

Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Delivery times vary based on your location and shipping method selected. For domestic shipments, expect delivery within 5-10 business days after processing. International orders may require additional transit time due to customs clearance. Seasonal demand or unforeseen carrier delays may occasionally extend these estimates, but we proactively monitor all shipments to minimize disruptions.

Shipping Costs

We offer transparent shipping options tailored to your order value:

Standard Shipping (10-15 Business Days): $15 for orders totaling $0–$60.
Free Shipping (10-15 Business Days): Applies to orders of $60 or more, up to $9,999.

All costs are calculated at checkout based on your cart total and destination. Expedited shipping may be available for select regions—contact us for details.

Shipping Regions

We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, and parts of Asia-Pacific. However, restrictions may apply to remote areas or regions with logistical limitations. During checkout, enter your address to confirm availability. Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or military bases at this time. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to monitor its progress. For real-time updates, use the carrier’s website or our Order Status portal. If you haven’t received tracking details within 3 business days, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Delayed or Lost Shipments

While rare, delays can occur due to weather, customs, or carrier issues. If your package is significantly overdue or marked as delivered but missing, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of shipment. Provide your order number and tracking details, and we’ll collaborate with the carrier to resolve the issue. For lost packages, we may offer a replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.

Customs & Import Duties

International orders may incur customs fees, taxes, or import duties determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the order total. We recommend checking your country’s regulations before placing an order. While we cannot predict or reimburse these fees, we ensure all packages include accurate documentation to facilitate smooth clearance.
