You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for processing. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that if your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be canceled, but you may return it following our standard return policy after receiving the item.
Refunds for canceled orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days, though it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account depending on your financial institution's processing times. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Items returned without an RMA number may not be processed. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
