Return & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped. Once your cancellation request is received and processed, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please note that it may take 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing time.

To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number. We recommend checking your order status in your account dashboard before requesting cancellation, as orders in the "Processing" stage can typically be canceled, while those marked as "Shipped" cannot.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation email or receipt.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. For returns that require a restocking fee (if applicable), this will be clearly stated in the product description or during the checkout process. Gift purchases will be refunded to the original payment method used for the order.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received your refund within the specified timeframe, please first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or payment processor, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you've completed these steps and still haven't received your refund, please contact us with your order details.

For bank transfers, processing times may vary by financial institution. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please provide us with your bank statement (with sensitive information redacted) showing the relevant period so we can investigate the transaction.
